MESOS is operated by MeTech Technology Sdn Bhd.
By registering for, accessing or using MESOS, you agree to these Terms of Service.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the MESOS platform.
1. MESOS Services
MESOS is a business technology ecosystem that may include:
- Accounting System
- POS System
- F&B POS System
- WhatsApp AI Agent
- Bookkeeper AI
- Related modules, integrations, add-ons and services
Available features may vary according to the product, subscription package, configuration or agreement entered into with MESOS.
2. Account Registration
Certain MESOS services require an account.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating and maintaining your account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity carried out through your account by authorised users.
3. Business Accounts
Where a MESOS account is registered or used on behalf of a company, you confirm that you have the authority to act on behalf of that organisation.
The organisation is responsible for managing its users, permissions and information entered into the platform.
4. Acceptable Use
You must use MESOS only for lawful business purposes.
You must not use MESOS to:
- Conduct fraudulent or unlawful activities.
- Upload malicious software or harmful content.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to MESOS systems.
- Interfere with the operation or security of the platform.
- Process information that you are not legally authorised to use.
- Use our services in a manner that infringes the rights of another person or organisation.
5. Customer Data
You retain responsibility for the business information and content you or your authorised users submit to MESOS.
You represent that you have the necessary authority, permissions or lawful basis to provide and process such information through the platform.
MESOS may process customer information as reasonably necessary to provide and support the services.
6. AI-Powered Services
Certain MESOS products, including WhatsApp AI Agent and Bookkeeper AI, may use artificial intelligence or automated technologies.
AI-generated responses, recommendations or outputs are intended to assist users and may not always be complete or accurate.
Users remain responsible for reviewing important information and making final business, accounting, financial or operational decisions.
MESOS AI services should not be treated as a substitute for professional accounting, tax, legal, financial or other professional advice.
7. Third-Party Services
Certain MESOS functions may rely on or connect with third-party platforms and services.
Your use of third-party services may also be subject to the terms and policies of those providers.
MESOS is not responsible for changes, interruptions or limitations imposed by third-party services outside our reasonable control.
8. Fees & Subscription
Certain MESOS products or features may require payment.
Pricing, subscription periods, included features and applicable fees will be stated in the relevant quotation, order, subscription plan or service agreement.
Unless otherwise specified, fees already paid are subject to the applicable payment, cancellation and refund terms agreed between the customer and MeTech Technology Sdn Bhd.
9. Service Availability
We aim to maintain reliable access to MESOS.
However, services may occasionally be interrupted due to scheduled maintenance, updates, technical issues, third-party services or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of every MESOS service.
10. Intellectual Property
MESOS, its software, technology, interface, branding, designs and related intellectual property belong to MeTech Technology Sdn Bhd or its applicable licensors unless otherwise stated.
Customers may use MESOS only in accordance with the rights granted under their subscription or service agreement.
11. Suspension & Termination
We may restrict or suspend access to MESOS where reasonably necessary, including where:
- An account violates these Terms.
- Required fees remain unpaid.
- Fraudulent or suspicious activity is identified.
- Continued use may affect the security or operation of MESOS.
- Suspension is required by law or a relevant authority.
Customers may terminate services according to their applicable subscription or service agreement.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, MeTech Technology Sdn Bhd will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or special losses resulting from the use of, or inability to use, MESOS.
Customers remain responsible for reviewing business records, accounting information, AI-generated output and transactions before relying on them for important decisions.
13. Changes to MESOS
MESOS may introduce, modify, improve or discontinue features as the platform evolves.
Where changes materially affect a paid service, we will take reasonable steps to communicate relevant information to affected customers.
14. Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be updated periodically.
The latest version will be published on the MESOS website with its effective date.
